Went into a @ThreeUK store to upgrade. They said they could do me a cheaper deal if I signed up as a new customer and cancelled old contract. Phoned @ThreeUK to cancel the old contract and was basically called an idiot for going into the @ThreeUK shop and doing what they told me.
