“What were you doing when the application crashed?” What? Don’t look at *me*; I was having tea with the vicar in the drawing room.

@charlie_cat_esq I wonder if it goes the other way round? I’ve never tried it in a game…

@archidave I say you should improve the view. Buy something ugly at Avonmouth and then knock it down :D

@drewm Hrm. Have you bought the suit equivalent of a clown car? I wonder what’s going to happen when you’ve cut all the tacking out?

via Echofon in reply to drewm

@drewm Pockets? Think it’s to stop them getting saggy while they’re still on display, but I know people who leave them sewn up.

@hayles I was tempted to make it exactly £1,000, but I figured you’d appreciate the extra £2.41 more than the round number :D

@benjohnbarnes Yur. I think they normally turn them off in the firmware for the UK market, but my Saab was built before firmware :D

via Echofon in reply to benjohnbarnes

@benjohnbarnes That’s what the Saab did. I think there’s a Scandinavian law about always having *some* lights on.

via Echofon in reply to benjohnbarnes

@benjohnbarnes However, I still prefer the UX of my old Saab and Fiat, which just turned the lights off when you turned the car off.

via Echofon in reply to benjohnbarnes

@benjohnbarnes You can turn the beep off on mine by holding down two buttons together for ten seconds. Worth checking your manual?

via Echofon in reply to benjohnbarnes

@benjohnbarnes Mine helpfully beeps loudly when the cycle’s finished. Three minutes before the door unlocks. *sigh*

I hope the “Apple getting into wearables” rumours means that they’re designing a washing machine. Christ, those things have some awful UX.

@rubynerd @peterc Point on the graph: I can’t DM links (tested with gothick.org.uk) and I joined in March 2007.

I appear to be listening to @thefreelanceweb’s latest episode on procrastination as a form of procrastination. Oops.
