There are two kinds of air travellers: those who stand up as soon as the plane stops, and those who moan about all the people who stand up.

Back from holiday and catching up with my feeds. Here’s @hotdogsladies on a new distraction-free writing environment: http://bit.ly/9WK0b6

So. Up at 5am to catch flight, back a couple of timezones, and my lounge clock tells me it’s currently twenty past nine. I’m confused.

via Echofon

@ahnlak I think its batteries certainly are…

via Echofon in reply to ahnlak

@ahnlak Oooh, changing the subject, can you send me a referry link to a good stock site, like we’ve talked about in the past?

via Echofon in reply to ahnlak

@ahnlak …I’m going to take some of these holiday photos and try to make a start on stock.

via Echofon in reply to ahnlak

@KaveyF Can you remember what date it was?

via Echofon in reply to Kavey

@KaveyF Have mix of RAW and JPG; we used my little camera for the food, I think. Hang on a mo.

via Echofon in reply to Kavey

@KaveyF Yur, but I think @ahnlak can make some wonga if he refers me.

via Echofon in reply to Kavey

I am having a glass of red wine. This may come as a surprise to some people.

via Echofon

@KaveyF Four minutes and what I’ve got’ll be up in a web gallery, and we’ll see if I’ve got everything, at least.

via Echofon in reply to Kavey

@thomasvenables But surely flying west again makes up for the outbound flight’s carbon anyway?

via Echofon in reply to thomasvenables

@TaraBusch What? Does this imply I’m missing Logan’s Run?

via Echofon in reply to TaraBusch

@benjohnbarnes Do you have psychic powers, or did you miss the last three or four years, when I haven’t been drinking?

via Echofon in reply to benjohnbarnes

@hayles That’s a title for an autobiography if ever I heard one.

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@KaveyF Hang on, grabbing everything else I can find.

via Echofon in reply to Kavey

@hayles I don’t have bagels so much any more. Used to live in Gants Hill, near the awesome Bagel Bakery. Probably long gone :(

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@hayles It’s only since I left it that I realised how many advantages I had growing up in one of the biggest Jewish communities in the UK!

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@KaveyF Cool. Refresh that page in the morning and they should all be there (damn nearly all there now, in fact.)

via Echofon in reply to Kavey

@hayles I remember scrounging early morning cream cheese bagels from the Bagel Bakery when coming come from clubs at early o’clock.

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@hayles Hmm. I may have to find somewhere closer than Costco to sell me a bagel or two :)

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@hayles That’s a long way out of my way for a bagel!

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@hayles Yeah, but I have no storage space. Costco seems best if you have room to buy in bulk & store loads of stuff.

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@hayles I mean, apart from the chock-full-already ones in the kitchen, I don’t actually have any cupboards. At all.
