RT @matthew_roach: A little bit of RGB ink on the road. http://bo.st/e51zhw <— Colourful!

@mightymur Hrm. Not entirely seeing how you can get that message without that file. Can you get to the admin interface? Running any caching?

via Echofon in reply to mightymur

@mightymur Definitely got “show hidden files” on? Dotfiles default to hidden in some FTP clients.

@mightymur Sorry if this is egg-sucking, but how are you checking for the .maintenance file?

Just saw a trailer for “brand new _Great British Hairdresser_”. Made me feel like I’d walked in to the _Idiocracy_ universe for 20 seconds.

I’m a romantic, but I’m not practising.

@Playleimagery Pretty sure screen DPIs I just tested were very different - elderly cheap HP monitor versus latest MacBook Air…

via Twitter for iPhone in reply to Playleimagery

@Playleimagery Can’t see any problems in Win/IE6,Chrome9,FF3 or Mac/Safari5/Chrome9/FF4. Flash plugin version problem, maybe?

via Echofon in reply to Playleimagery

I think someone said something just then, but all I could make out was a faint buzzing.

@elletricote I’m still preferring Echofon for most of my needs. Twitterrific put me off just by defaulting to such low-contrast text.

via Echofon

@elletricote None of ‘em are perfect. Think twitterrific replies-all if multiple usernames are at the beginning of what you’re replying to.

@shezza_t Not on a work machine, luckily, but at my desk at work.

@hayles But I’ve been distracted in the meantime. WANT. http://www.typewriter-ke…

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@hayles Friends had one at their wedding for people to type out “guest book” notes; that was really lovely.

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@hayles They’re quite fab, but I couldn’t really justify the space it’d take up.

via Echofon in reply to hayles

*Sound of a Chrome tab being closed very fast indeed*

via Echofon

.@hayles Gah! Did image search for my first typewriter; Underwood 112. Apparently there’s a celeb Underwood who doesn’t wear clothes often!

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@hayles Because typewriters are kewl.

via Echofon in reply to hayles

@BlackDogDays Yeah, they had dogs last time, too. Might’ve been using the Sea Scouts building — maybe a demo, or training, or something?

via Echofon

@Bristol_Culture I was tempted in by their espresso machine months back. Asked for a coffee and they dragged out the Nescafe. Ugh.

@BlackDogDays Think they sometimes use one of the buildings there for something. Seen very-armed coppers just hanging round there before.

@domwakeling There’s a game? I know nothing of games, I’m afraid.

Hmm. Harbour master dashing about a bit this morning. Not normally a good sign.

jbrownridge Two scientists walk into a bar. The first one says “I’ll have some H2O.” The second says “I’ll have some H2O too.” Then he dies.
